Quality standards
At Baduno, quality is not an adjective but a procedure: defined inspection stages, documented decisions and acceptances that can be traced. This page discloses our standards – the same ones you are welcome to measure us against.

Four-eyes principle as minimum
No core page leaves the house with just one pair of eyes: Machine precision is followed by human review, and the review by documented approval. For sensitive content – legal, medical, technical – an expert second review is added.
Terminology is binding
Approved terms are law: They reside in the termbase, apply to all texts and service providers, and change only through an approval process. This way, a client still sounds like a client after five years and three agencies.
Review protocols instead of gut feeling
Each inspection generates a report: categorized findings, decisions, open questions. Customers not only see that an inspection took place – but what, by whom, and with what result.
Measurable acceptance criteria
Completeness of language versions, technical validity (hreflang, metadata, structured data), consistency with termbase: approvals are based on criteria lists, not on gut feelings. What is promised is counted.
Error culture
Mistakes happen – what matters is how they are handled: 14 days of rework without debate, root cause analysis instead of blame, and every correction feeds back into guidelines and termbases, so it never needs to be done twice.
Standards are what remains when no one is watching – that’s why we write them down.
