Curated, not crowd
We do not work with anonymous mass platforms. Every reviewer is individually selected – based on language background, area of expertise, and sample work – and personally onboarded. The network grows slowly and deliberately.
Expertise Over Instinct
Legal texts are reviewed by those who think legally; technical documents by those who understand technology. We assign review assignments by field of expertise, not just language – language intuition is a prerequisite, not a qualification.
Fair Collaboration
Transparent fees, timely payment without renegotiation, realistic deadlines, and mutual feedback. Confidentiality is reciprocal: reviewers work under NDA, and we protect their identities from third parties.
Calibration & Double Checking
Samples are double-assigned and compared; discrepancies trigger calibration discussions, not penalties. This way, 'checked' remains the same promise across all languages.
