Product Data Localization (PIM)

Thousands of items, dozens of attributes, multiple markets: Product data localization is a volume problem – and that's exactly what our pipeline is built for. Structured input, localized output.

What you get

  • Analysis and localization concept for your data inventory
  • Attribute terminology per language, bindingly documented
  • Structured localization via export/import or API
  • SEO fields and channel feeds consistently translated along
  • Review process by product class priority
  • Automated workflow for new products and changes

Product data is your most-read text

No one reads as much of you as your product data: in shops, on marketplaces, in feeds, catalogs, and search results. And nowhere does inconsistency punish faster – the same attribute translated three different ways confuses customers and filter logic alike.

We localize product data as a data project: structured from your PIM or shop export, with terminology per attribute, consistent across all channels. Once set up cleanly, new products automatically run through in multiple languages.

How it works

  1. 01

    Data Analysis

We review the structure, attributes, and quality of your product data – and define what and how deeply is localized.

  2. 02

    Attribute Terminology

Values, units, and spellings are defined per language – the foundation of all texts.

  3. 03

    Localization in the data flow

Structured translation via export/import or API – with review by product class priority.

  4. 04

    Automation

New products and changes run defined through the pipeline – localization becomes routine.

System Integration

Akeneo, Pimcore, channels like Amazon or Kaufland: We process your exports in a structured way and deliver them ready for import.

Attribute Logic

Measures, materials, standard terms are transferred rule-based and consistently – free texts editorial, values precisely.

Continuous Rather Than One-Time

New items and changes flow incrementally through the pipeline – your catalogs stay synchronized in all markets.

Attribute Logic: the invisible backbone

"Baumwolle", "100% Cotton", "coton bio": Attributes drive filters, comparability, and SEO – but only if they are systematically translated. We build the attribute terminology first: values, units, spellings per language, binding in the termbase.

Description texts are then created rule-based or editorial – per product class the economically sensible depth. Feeds for marketplaces and price comparisons inherit the same consistency: one data set, many channels, no contradictions.

Typical use cases

Shops with large assortments

From hundreds of products onward, manual translation is predictable chaos – structure beats effort.

Marketplace expansion

Amazon, Kaufland & Co. per country: channel-ready data from the same source as your shop.

PIM implementation

If a PIM is coming anyway: model multilingualism correctly from the start instead of retrofitting.

Those who manage a thousand products need rules – not a thousand individual decisions.

Frequently asked questions about this service

We don't have a PIM – does it still work?

Yes: shop exports (CSV, XLSX) or APIs suffice as a working basis. The attribute systematics pay off regardless of the tool – and make a later PIM implementation much easier.

How do you ensure quality with thousands of texts?

Through structure: binding attribute terminology, automatic consistency checks, and human review where it has impact – prioritized by revenue relevance of product classes instead of a blanket approach.

What happens with product updates?

Changes run through the same defined process: detect, translate, review, deploy. Optionally as a running contingent or in batches – predictable in cost and time.
