Withdrawal Policy for Consumers

Our offer is directed exclusively at entrepreneurs (§ 14 BGB); entrepreneurs are not entitled to a right of withdrawal. Should, in an individual case, a contract with a consumer (§ 13 BGB) nevertheless be concluded, the following information shall apply.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Baduno GmbH, Mainzer Landstraße 166, 60327 Frankfurt am Main, E-mail: [email protected], Telephone: +49 69 95209894) of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter or e-mail). Sending the communication in good time shall be sufficient to meet the deadline.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you without delay and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we receive your cancellation. For the refund we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction; you will not be charged any fees for this.
Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires for contracts for the provision of services if we have fully performed the service and have only started execution after you have given your express consent and confirmed your knowledge of the expiry of the right of withdrawal (Section 356(4) BGB). For digital content, it expires in accordance with Section 356(5) BGB upon commencement of execution after your express consent. If you have requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay an appropriate amount for services already provided in the event of withdrawal.
